PLEASE READ - TERMS OF USE - CARD AGREEMENT

1. By purchasing The Hockey Guild Membership Card you agree to the following specific terms and conditions below.

2. You understand that The Hockey Guild and its sponsors, vendors and partners make available online information and service and/or good discounts to cardholders of this program. By purchasing the card, submitting your information to us, or using the card, you are indicating that you are the individual whose name appears on the front and back of the card, thus agreeing to the terms and conditions in this agreement. You acknowledge that the agreement may be modified or terminated at any time and that any changes will appear on this page, for it is your responsibility to refer to the agreement prior to using the card.

3. You understand that the membership card is a fee-based program offered by The Hockey Guild that provides cardholders with savings and benefits offered by participating sponsors online and at merchant locations throughout Colorado and the United States.

4. Anyone who is under 21 years old will obviously not be eligible to receive vendor/sponsor discounts on alcoholic beverages. If you are 21 years or older, you must verify that the card, and the name on front and back, is in fact yours with a positive drivers license. ANY AND ALL VENDORS reserve the right to refuse discounts if they believe the card does not belong to you or you are providing false information, a false ID, or any other false content.

5. You must provide The Hockey Guild with accurate and complete information (including first, last name, mailing address, e-mail address) and advise THG of any changes by contacting us. THG will use this information to create your membership card and then mail you the card and materials. You will receive Card materials that will include your card and an insert containing partner information about sponsors and discounts. The card materials will be shipped within 7-10 days from time of purchase. Each order is for a single cardholder only. If someone has used your card without authorization, contact us immediately.

6. Your membership card is your keys to savings, benefits and services. You must sign the back of your card to receive the complete savings, benefits and services listed on this site. The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name is printed or signed on the card. You must show your Membership Card before you make a purchase at a participating sponsor. A sponsor has the right to deny a discount if you do not present your card before payment. Sponsors may reserve the right to ask for your drivers lisence, a photo ID or other identification to verify you are a rightful cardholder. Some sponsors will swipe your Card through their terminal in order to track purchases and use of the card. They will not use the card as a form of payment. THG uses this information to track sponsor performance to ultimately offer you better savings.

7. Use of your Discount Card Online: In order to redeem savings through our online partners you will be asked to enter a promo code that will be e-mailed to you upon purchasing the card through Paypal. You will be e-mailed a complete listing of discounts and any online discounts will include promo codes at that time.

8. The Hockey Guild's participating sponsors are independent contractors and therefore we are not liable for any products or services provided by these sponsors. Any use of the membership card, or the associated benefits and discounts in a manner that violates the rules or regulations of any participating sponsor or online partner is prohibited by this agreement and is grounds for termination of your THG membership card. The Hockey Guild reserves the right to cancel your cardholder rights immediately in the event of such a violation.

9. Your card will expire exactly 12 months from the date of purchase. THG reserves the right to terminate your Card at any given point in time if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement.
